Pumps with special design and materials for handling fluids with high content of solid particles

Main application range:
- construction industry: trench clean out and back-fill in pipe, transfer of bentonite slurry, silt from gravel washing
- mining industry: settling and collection ponds, underground slimes collection sumps, tailing back-fill system, open pit slimes removal, removal of materials from thickeners;
- sand and gravel removal / extractions: dredging deep deposits (up to 120 m depth), slimes settling area relocation;
- harbours and ships industry: removal of silt build up in marinas, harbours, dock landing facilities, clean out rivers, lakes, ponds.

Suitable for extreme working conditions.

Capable of handling slurries with high content of solids (up to 25%), particle size diameter up to 120 mm.

Capacities up to 1200 m3/h, discharge heads up to 40 m.

Driven by electric motors, up to 110 kW / 150 CP or hydraulic motors, up to 300 kW / 400 CP. Separate power packs required (available upon request). Coupling to the excavator hydraulic power take off also possible.

Available also with one or two hydraulic driven agitators. The parts subject to wear are made of special alloy with hard chromium content. The wearing parts could be easily dismantled and replaced.
The agitators prevent the solids from blocking the pump inlet by rejecting oversized materials, creating also a slurry that can easily be handled by the pump.

Low wear rate of the pump components in direct contact with the pumped liquid is achieved by using a special design and materials.
