Diamond wire sawing:

The diamond wire sawing technique can be employed where large sections of structures (foundations, walls, beams, columns, floors, stairways etc.) are to be removed without damaging the remaining building structure and without overcutting the corners.
The cutting depth is not limited, as well as rebars size and amount.
The only restriction being the lifting and removal capability with available equipment on site. Wire sawing is ideal for partial or total selective demolition works, mainly where work space is restricted.
